Atlas Soccer Academy Refund Policy

At Atlas Soccer Academy, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional soccer learning experience for all participants. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to maintain fairness for our registered students and their families while ensuring the sustainability of our programs. Below is our updated refund policy, incorporating recent changes for clarity and transparency.

Refund Guidelines

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@atlasoccer.com and will be acknowledged by a return email. 

Please note the following guidelines:

• Administrative/Processing Fee: All refund requests, whether submitted before or after the season begins, are subject to a $50 administrative/processing fee per transaction to cover non-refundable credit card fees and administrative costs.

   

• Before the Season Begins: Refund requests received before the player’s first practice session will be issued in full, minus the $50 administrative/processing fee.

   

• Within 5 Days After First Practice: Refund requests received within 5 days after the start of the player’s first practice session will be prorated (deducting the cost of the first week’s session) and subject to the $50 administrative/processing fee.

   

• After 5 Days: No refunds will be issued for requests received after the 5-day period following the player’s first practice session.

   

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if any of the following occur:

1. Refund requests are received after the 5-day period following the player’s first practice session.

    

2. The player quits the team to which they have been assigned.

    

3. The player leaves Atlas Soccer Academy to join another club.

    

4. The player is dismissed for disciplinary reasons.

    

Exceptions

Exceptions will be made for athletes who are unable to continue participation due to injury or illness. Refunds in these cases will be processed on a prorated basis, minus the $50 administrative/processing fee and any applicable uniform fee ($50).
