Atlas Soccer Academy Refunds

At Atlas Soccer Academy, we are committed to providing an exceptional soccer learning experience for all our participants. As part of this commitment, we have established the following refund policy, effective August, 1st 2023, to ensure clarity and fairness for all our registered students and their families.

All refund requests for all players must be received by Atlas Soccer Academy within 5-days days after the start of the first practice session of the season you are registering a player for. All requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to contact@atlasoccer.com. All requests will be acknowledged by returned email.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED WITHIN 5-DAYS AFTER THE START OF THE PLAYER’S FIRST PRACTICE SESSION, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 5-DAY PERIOD.

 

If any of the following has occurred, a refund will not be issued:

1. Refund requests received after 5-days of the start of the player’s first practice session.

2. Player quits the team to which they have been assigned.

3. Player leaves Atlas Soccer Academy to join another club.

4. Player is dismissed for disciplinary reasons.

Please Note: Exceptions will be made for athletes who become too injured or too ill to continue their participation. 

Refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis less the administration fee and uniform fee ($50).
